President & Owner

Adam Zopfi

Adam brings over 40 years of knowledge to Midwest Nursery. Adam started at Midwest Landscapes when he was just 22 years old. He worked his way up the ladder and eventually took ownership over in 2001. In 2022 Adam separated the nursery from the landscape side - creating Midwest Nursery. Adam has a true passion for trees, dirt and all things farm life. 

Shop Manager

Steve Lahn

Steve has been apart of the Midwest Nursery team for over 5 years. He brings an extensive experience in farming, welding and machinery. Steve can fix just about anything and if you leave him in the shop, you never know what new tool or piece of equipment he will create! 

Nursery Manager

Aaron Muelhbauer

Aaron has a passion for trees - He has been growing trees ever since he was first old enough to plant an acorn into the ground. Aaron has taken that childhood passion and stuck with it for the last 25 years, working at Midwest Nursery. Aaron is in charge of the field production, inventory and sales.

Miguel Barcenas 

With an extensive background in farming, landscaping, and irrigation, Miguel oversees our field crew at Midwest Nursery during the growing season.  He has been with Midwest for over 20 years.
